Privacy Policy

HaruEnds (the "Service") collects only the personal information it needs and handles it as described below.

1. Information we collect

  • From Google when you sign in with Google: email address, name, profile picture URL, and Google account ID
  • What you enter: categories, cards, items, logs, and day titles
  • Settings: holiday country
  • Access records: IP addresses and access times are kept in our hosting providers' logs.

2. How we use it

  • To sign you in and tell accounts apart
  • To save what you enter and show the same data on all your devices

We do not use personal information for advertising, analytics, or marketing.

3. Retention and deletion

  • We keep your personal information until you delete your account.
  • Settings > Delete account in the app deletes your account and everything you entered right away.
  • Copies left in backups (such as the operator's encrypted daily backups) are deleted within 14 days.

4. Processors and international transfer

The Service uses the following companies to process data.

  • Supabase Inc.: database and sign-in (authentication). Servers are in the Seoul region.
  • Cloudflare Inc.: web page delivery
  • Google LLC: Google account sign-in and font delivery (receives your IP address and browser information when a page opens)

Backups are encrypted and stored on the operator's device. We do not sell or provide personal information to third parties.

5. Browser storage

Your sign-in session and your language, theme, and start screen settings are kept in this browser's local storage. We do not use tracking cookies.

The Service does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals. The Service does not track you, and does not allow other companies to track you on the Service.

6. Your rights

  • You can view, edit, and delete what you entered directly in the app.
  • Settings > Delete account deletes your account and all of your data.
  • For any other request, contact us below.

7. Privacy officer and contact

The operator's name and address will be provided without delay upon request.

8. Effective date and changes

  • This policy is effective from .
  • If we change it, we will announce it on this page and update the effective date.
